Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into potential business.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Maintain client databases, sales reports, and lead records in Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling and service delivery.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Target-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
