Position: Business Development Officer (Direct Channel)

CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through the Direct Channel.

• Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities.

• Explain insurance products and provide suitable financial solutions to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer service and policy persistency.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, Finance, NBFC, Telecom, or FMCG sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
