Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our CRM & Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, field visits, and converting prospects into business opportunities for our range of sanitaryware, bath fittings, and faucets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels (calling, references, online sources, etc.)
Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential clients
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Fix appointments and conduct client meetings (both in-office and field visits)
Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to handle field work and client visits
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in sanitaryware, building materials, or manufacturing industry)
