Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive who can handle outbound calls, explain products/services to customers, and convert leads into successful outcomes. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data • Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly • Follow up with potential customers and close leads • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of leads

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada & English • Strong convincing and negotiation skills • Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude • Ability to work from office and handle pressure
