Business Development Manager
Overview:
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed targets, while developing and coaching individual reps. Collaborate on strategy, drive performance, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Develop and execute sales strategies, informed by market and competitor insights.
Monitor performance, implement improvement plans, and celebrate achievements.
Generate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports.
Support key client relationships and manage escalations.
Design and deliver ongoing training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/MBA (Business, Marketing, or related).
Proven sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Target-driven, results-oriented mindset.
Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
Minimum 3 years of experience
What We Offer:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (₹200,000 – ₹600,000/year)
Commission & performance bonuses
