We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closure Consultant – Telesales (Gujarati Language) to join our passionate sales team. You will play a key role in engaging with Gujarati-speaking customers, understanding their car buying needs, and converting leads into successful sales closures via telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers (Gujarati-speaking) over calls to understand their requirements.
Guide them through the car buying process and recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure high lead conversion.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for the customer.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling roles. Auto sales experience is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati (spoken and comprehension) is mandatory.
Strong determination and passion for sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to multitask and handle objections confidently.
