Required candidate for our client based in Gurgaon (Sector 74) in the Beauty & Wellness industry
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to support our client’s franchise expansion. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating franchise leads, presenting the business model, and managing the complete onboarding process of franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and participation in franchise expos or industry events.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential franchisees to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
• Manage the entire sales cycle including lead nurturing, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams—legal, operations, and marketing—for seamless onboarding of new franchisees.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit regular pipeline and performance reports to the management.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and developments in the beauty & wellness sector.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (experience in beauty & wellness preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of franchise business models.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Willingness to travel as required.
