Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in real estate sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential/commercial property sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and managing a high-performance sales team.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives/agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with potential clients and investors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in residential and/or commercial real estate.
Strong knowledge of property laws, market trends, and CRM software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivation.
Experience with high-ticket luxury or investment property sales.
