Generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing (Domestic & International markets)
Acquire direct clients, MSPs, and vendor partnerships
Identify hiring requirements and close staffing contracts
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with recruitment team for timely submissions
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
3+ years experience in IT Recruitment Business Development
Strong knowledge of IT staffing models (C2C, W2, Permanent Hiring)
Experience in lead generation and cold calling
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
Experience with US / Domestic IT market is an added advantage
