We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Propvisor. This role involves acquiring new clients, driving business growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Find new prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Reporting: Track daily activities and sales data using CRM software
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualifications for this role are a 12th Pass and 0-1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
