Key Responsibilities:
Drive Contract Logistics / Warehousing / 3PL business development across target industries
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meetings
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Handle RFQ/RFI, solution design, proposal submission, and client negotiations
Understand client requirements and offer end-to-end supply chain solutions
Design pricing strategies, costing models, and commercial proposals
Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with operations and internal teams for smooth execution
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and MIS reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Drive revenue growth and customer retention
