Job Description

TIGI HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring corporate clients and promoting the company's advertising and media solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, large institutions, and business partners.

• Build relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and key decision-makers.

• Pitch advertising and media solutions based on client requirements.

• Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.

• Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely payments.

• Maintain client databases and sales pipelines in the company's CRM.

• Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
