Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Opportunity identification - Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
Client relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term
partnerships.
Strategic planning - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue,
expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
Market research- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
Sales strategy- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
Partnership development - Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to expand the company’s reach and capabilities.
Reporting and analysis - Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skill Set:
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client
relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building
long-term partnerships.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
