Operations & Business Manager (All-Rounder)

Position: Business Development Manager (Operations & Sales) Work Mode: New Delhi (90%) Field Work: Occasional (Only for big client meetings – Expenses Paid)
Key Skills Required (Must Have):
Lead Generation: Ability to find new clients via LinkedIn, Social Media, and Cold Outreach.
Email Marketing: Experience in running email campaigns and writing professional proposals.
HR & Admin Support: Handling basic hiring (interviewing interns/sales staff) and managing daily team reports.
Client Closing: Strong negotiation skills to close deals.
Salary & Growth:
Income: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000+ Potential (Performance Linked + Incentives).
Role: You will act as the "Right Hand" to the Founder, managing both sales and team operations.
