Silver Lining XPeriential is a premium experiential and events agency delivering events, brand activations, and bespoke corporate merchandise. We are seeking a results-driven Female Business Development Manager to drive new business and client partnerships.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Female New Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager to drive growth for SLXP across corporate events, experiential marketing, and corporate gifting & merchandise. The role involves new client acquisition, pitch development, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Role Summary:

Lead business acquisition across events, experiential marketing, and corporate merchandise, while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Job description / Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads across corporate and brand sectors.

Pitch events, activations, and merchandise solutions effectively.

Build relationships with marketing, HR, and procurement stakeholders.

Business Development & Sales:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients, brands, and institutional partners

Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry connections.

Convert leads into confirmed business through proposals, negotiations, and closures.

Client Servicing & Pitching:

Understand client briefs and design customized event, experience, or merchandise solutions.

Create and present pitch decks, proposals, and cost estimates.

Act as a key point of contact until deal closure.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Experience in events, experiential solutions, or corporate merchandise.

Strong industry network and client-facing capability.

Passion for events, brand experiences, marketing, and merchandising.

Ability to close deals independently

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

2–5 years experience in events, experiential marketing, advertising or corporate gifting

Strong corporate network is a plus

Freshers with strong sales mindset may be considered for Assistant Manager role
