Roles and Responsiblity

Increase revenue by 20% in packages and service.
Set Clinic wise and procedure wise monthly and weekly targets
Support and monitor staffs to achieve the target with daily follow up.(quickly learn business knowledge)
Report conversion metrics & show improvement by 5 times current conversion numbers.
Coordination with team to improve conversion and productivity.
Appointment turnout monitoring & reporting
Upskilling the team and report team Performance
FO & Nursing Escalation management (Escalations- Waiting time management, Staff Efficiency & Staff Quality Management except Pharmacy & Customer care)
Responsibility to improve sales closure.
Create rapport with Doctors and Staffs in achieving targets

Out of scope

Pharmacy & Customer Care Lead management.
Final decision making on process changes / policy changes or management approvals
