Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in chemical intermediates and specialty chemicals.
Generate leads, handle customer inquiries, RFQs, and prepare techno-commercial proposals..
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new product potential.
Coordinate with R&D for product feasibility, development, and scale-up activities.
Liaise with production, supply chain, and planning teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
Support customers during technical discussions, audits, and quality-related queries.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business plans for management review.
Manage key accounts and focus on long-term customer retention and growth.
