Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead architect and builder relationships, drive high-value marble sales, and contribute strategically to business growth. This role requires strong market presence, mature client handling, and the ability to close premium projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage long-term relationships with senior architects, builders, developers, and interior designers

Ensure consistent monthly architect & builder visits to the showroom

Drive project-based and bulk marble sales

Handle high-ticket end clients and negotiate pricing and closures

Guide and support junior sales/business development staff

Identify upcoming real estate and hospitality projects

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing insights to management

Coordinate with operations for timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

4–7 years of proven experience in marble / tiles / stone / building material sales

Strong network with architects and builders

Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills

Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor team members

Result-driven, self-motivated, and business-focused

Willingness to work extensively in the field

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹6 – ₹6.5 Lakh per annum
