Job Title: Business Development Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our resort properties in Goa. You will identify new revenue streams, build strategic partnerships, and expand our resort portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, ARR, and overall resort profitability
- Partnerships: Source and close deals with OTAs, travel agents, corporates, wedding planners, and event companies
- Market Expansion: Identify new resort acquisition/lease opportunities and conduct feasibility studies
- Sales & Marketing: Work with marketing team on campaigns, packages, and promotions for peak/off-peak seasons
- Relationship Management: Maintain relations with existing owners, landlords, and key stakeholders like GCZMA, tourism dept
- Contracting: Negotiate lease agreements, management contracts, and revenue-share models
- Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare monthly MIS on leads, conversions, revenue targets, and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in hospitality business development, preferably with resorts/hotels in Goa
- Network: Strong contacts with OTAs, DMCs, wedding planners, and corporate travel desks
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing ability
- Knowledge: Understanding of Goa tourism market, CRZ norms, liquor licenses, and resort operations
- Education: MBA in Hospitality/Sales/Marketing preferred
- Other: Willingness to travel frequently within Goa and nearby markets
