Job Description

BUILDTRIX is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in the Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in generating business, handling clients, and converting interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, references, networking and market research.

• Identify and connect with potential clients for interior design projects.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders and other industry professionals.

• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.

• Achieve business development and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales in the Interior Design industry.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of interior designing and execution.

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into projects.

• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and confident.
