Role Overview
We're building a sales training company that helps automotive dealerships and retail businesses build high-performance sales teams. We're looking for candidates who have a strong sales background themselves and are interested in teaching/coaching others.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach and relationship-building with potential clients (dealerships, retail stores)
Representing the company in client meetings
Assisting in training sessions/workshops, and eventually delivering training independently
Contributing input to training content and curriculum design (based on real sales experience)
Collecting client feedback and improving programs
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, insurance, or high-ticket retail preferred)
Strong communication skills (both Hindi and English)
Practical experience in objection handling and closing
Coachable attitude — open to learning new methodologies
Comfort with presentation/public speaking (or willingness to learn)
