Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager who can own lead generation and demand creation with a shoestring budget, coordinate with internal specialists, and deliver qualified B2B leads consistently.
This is not a brand or strategy-only role. You will be responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Lead Ownership
Own end-to-end B2B lead generation across inbound and outbound channels
Drive demo requests, MQLs, and SQLs, not vanity metrics
Design and execute quarterly growth plans aligned with business goals
Paid Campaign Execution
Plan and run LinkedIn Ads and Google Search Ads with limited budgets
Continuously optimize for CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
Manage landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging in collaboration with design and content teams
Content-Led Growth
Work with copywriters and SEO specialists to:
Launch high-intent landing pages
Publish demand-capture content
Support gated assets, webinars, and case studies
Ensure content ties directly to lead capture and funnel movement
Marketing Ops & Funnel Management
Set up and manage CRM workflows (HubSpot / Zoho or similar)
Track attribution, lead sources, and funnel performance
Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards for founders
Events & Partnerships (Selective)
Support webinars, virtual events, and selective association expos
Ensure leads from events are nurtured, tracked, and converted
Coordinate post-event follow-ups with sales
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination between:
SEO
Social media
Copy
Design
Video
Convert strategy into weekly execution plans and clear briefs
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
2–3 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing
Proven experience generating qualified leads (not just traffic)
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn Ads
Google Search Ads
Landing page optimization
Email nurturing
Comfortable working with small budgets and high accountability
Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decision making
Nice-to-Have
Experience marketing to HR, associations, government, or enterprise buyers
Exposure to international markets (India, Middle East, SEA)
Familiarity with webinar tools and basic ABM workflows
Startup or bootstrapped company experience
