Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for the catering industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales revenue through corporate, event, and institutional catering services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads for catering services through field visits, references, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, schools, colleges, and institutions
Identify new market opportunities in Greater Noida and nearby areas
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Handle client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of corporate and event catering business
Lead generation and client handling skills
Local market knowledge of Noida & Greater Noida
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
MS Office and basic reporting knowledge
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
