We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Track industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
