The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence. The role involves market research, client acquisition, relationship management, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored business solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, meetings, events, and digital outreach.
Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
Conduct client presentations, demos, and business reviews.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to build growth strategies.
Develop sales plans, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
Lead commercial negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and manage contracts, pricing, and other business documentation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Prepare reports on pipeline, performance, and business growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Experience using CRM systems .
