Position: Business Development Officer

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Nerul (HO) (Field Work)

Salary Range: Open (Depends on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.

 Manage and handle the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.

 Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

 Negotiate and close contracts with customers.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 Prepare sales reports and business development updates.

 Travel extensively across Mumbai, Palghar, thane, Raigad for client meetings and business

development activities.

Qualification

 Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing (preferred) or a related field.

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and business analysis.

Experience

 2 to 7 years of experience in:

o Paint Contracting Industry

o Civil Contracting Industry

o Business Development / Sales Activities

Skills Required

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Knowledge of sales processes and contract closing.

 Ability to travel extensively across Mumbai.

 Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

 Problem-solving and team management abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Head / Business Head.
