We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Nirnai tech pvt ltd. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹36,000 - ₹48,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and client leads.
Identify Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and Corporate Clients that may require Nirnai Tech solutions.
Contact decision-makers and schedule business meetings.
Present Nirnai Tech's products and services to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and prepare business proposals.
Negotiate commercials and close business deals.
Build and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and corporate clients.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project implementation and smooth service delivery.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business reports. Stay in touch with clients and identify future business opportunities.
Travel across assigned regions for business development activities
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
