Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Mangalore, Surat, Ludhiana, Mysore & Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and business targets

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and budgeting

• Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising strategies

• Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate contracts

• Plan and optimize sales processes to ensure cost efficiency

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask and handle pressure effectively
