We are a project management consultancy firm based in Noida and expending business in Rajasthan real estate market.

We are looking for a Manager- Business Development to join our team Nelsa Project Consultants LLP. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with clients which included real estate giants or architectural firms based in Jaipur, and generate leads.

Salary will be based on experience and exposure to industry and also entitlement for incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• meet and interact with clients/ architects for new projects require PMC.

• Clients' engagement.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight service benefits.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is MBA or engineering graduate with BD skills. and 5-8 years of experience in similar role. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Job Skills is an added advantage.
