## Job Summary
Mahendra Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to develop strategic business partnerships and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in corporate sales, channel partnerships, and client acquisition.
## Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new B2B business opportunities.
• Build relationships with builders, developers, corporates, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
• Generate qualified leads through meetings, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Conduct business presentations and project demonstrations for clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
• Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and after-sales support.
