We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Mr Mischief Food Company. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience within QSR, Restaurant Chains, Retail, Hospitality, or Franchise Networks preferred.
Proven track record of successful site acquisition and expansion projects.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Expansion, Real Estate, or Retail Development. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Store Launch Coordination,Convincing Skills,Lead Generation,Computer Knowledge,Cold Calling,MS Excel,Market Intelligence Strategic Insights,Expansion Strategy Network Growth is an added advantage.
