Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing sales. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, proposal creation, and deal closure through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other B2B platforms. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
Conduct client discovery calls and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development)
Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Manage client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams
Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Maintain CRM data and track sales performance
Requirements:
4–5+ years Business Development experience in a digital marketing agency
Strong LinkedIn outreach and B2B sales experience
Experience with Upwork/Fiverr bidding platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing services and CRM tools
Preferred:
Experience with international and domestic clients
