Role Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for bringing creative growth ideas, executing strategies on ground, and tracking the performance and output of the team. The role requires a balance of innovation, leadership, execution, and accountability to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibility
Generate creative and innovative ideas for business growth
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Convert ideas into practical execution plans
Ensure timely execution of approved strategies
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the team
Track work done by team members (daily/weekly reports)
Monitor targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Conduct regular team reviews and follow-ups
Resolve execution challenges and improve productivity
Prepare and share performance reports with management
Ensure accountability and discipline within the team
Support negotiations and relationship management with clients/partners
Drive revenue, growth, and brand visibility
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles
Experience in managing teams and executing growth strategies is preferred
