Develop new B2B customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Identify and approach pharma companies, contract manufacturers, distributors and other potential clients.
• Generate leads through market research, databases, exhibitions, LinkedIn, email and direct outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with production/technical teams for quotations and samples.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat and higher-value business.
• Study competitors, their products, pricing and market positioning.
• Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly/annual business targets.
• Prepare market reports and maintain a database of prospects and customers.
