We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience in services/consulting, and the ability to close deals.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels
Pitch company services such as loans, government schemes, registrations, and consultancy services
Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and referral sources
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain proper CRM, follow-ups, and sales reports
Attend client meetings and networking events when required
Stay updated on government schemes, financial products, and business services offered by the company
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in B2B / B2C sales or business development
Experience in consultancy, financial services, loans, or government schemes will be an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication
