Business Development Manager – Sales
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our Digital Marketing Agency and Job Consultancy business.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads and acquire clients.
Contact companies through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing and Website Development.
Connect with companies to offer recruitment and hiring services.
Schedule client meetings and close sales deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow company revenue.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Experience in sales, lead generation and client acquisition is preferred.
Knowledge of B2B sales and digital marketing services is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
