The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with insurance companies.
dentify new clients and expand the company's survey and loss assessment network.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Coordinate with surveyors and internal teams for timely assignment execution.
Prepare and submit business proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly.
Maintain records of business activities, client interactions, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Experience with organizations such as:
Insurance Companies
Insurance Brokers
Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
Independent Surveyor Firms
Corporate Risk Management Departments
