Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand our business, generate new leads, build client relationships, and increase sales through online and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct offline marketing activities, including field visits and face-to-face client meetings.
- Visit different locations for business promotion, lead generation, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate with clients, and help convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Research market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular reports on client visits, leads, and sales performance.
Requirements
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting clients and conducting field marketing activities.
- Willingness to travel locally for offline promotions and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on skills and experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month.
