Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM records, and track business performance.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
Fluent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) are mandatory.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
