Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in Automation, Electrical, Electronics, and IoT markets.

Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions.
Manage and mentor the business development team to achieve performance targets.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
