Job Responsibilities: BDM ( business development manager)
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
Identify and acquire clients for IT services including Website Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Cloud Solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and project quotations.
Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in IT sales, software sales, or digital marketing sales.
Strong understanding of website development, SEO, PPC, and software solutions.
Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
