# Business Development Manager – Software Development

### About the Company

We are a growing **IT & Software Development Company** providing customized digital solutions including Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, E-commerce, ERP/CRM and other technology solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads for software development services.

* Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, calling, references and other channels.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimation and proposals.

* Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.

* Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups and deal closure.

* Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the development team for project handover after closure.

### Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum **3 years of relevant experience in IT/Software Business Development or IT Sales**.

* Must have experience working with a **Software Development / IT Services Company**.

* Good understanding of Website, Mobile App and Custom Software Development.

* Experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.

* Strong follow-up and deal-closing abilities.

* Target-oriented and able to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

### 🚨 STRICT ELIGIBILITY

**Only candidates with relevant Software/IT Business Development experience should apply.**
