Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
• Generate new leads through architects, designers, hotels, corporates, and partnerships
• Conduct on-ground outreach, canopy activities, and relationship-based selling
• Identify relevant customer clusters and business opportunities in assigned markets
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Own first client interactions and requirement understanding
• Qualify opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Act as the primary contact for relationship-based and project clients
3. Revenue Conversion
• Drive deals from enquiry to closure
• Coordinate internally for proposals, samples, and project execution
• Support negotiations and ensure timely closures
4. Repeat Business & Account Growth
• Maintain post-sale client relationships
• Drive repeat orders and long-term account value
• Upsell and cross-sell where relevant
5. Campaign Execution & Market Feedback
• Execute marketing campaigns provided by the central marketing team on ground
• Use approved communication and campaign materials only
• Share structured feedback on customer response, objections, and drop-offs

• Generic walk-ins / product buyers: Routed to store or website
