F&B & Retail | Delhi NCR
💰 ₹35K–₹50K + Incentives

💼 1–3 Years' Experience
What You'll Do
Generate and develop new business opportunities.
Find and connect with potential clients and brands.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate meetings and site visits.
Negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Drive deals from lead generation to successful closure.
For senior roles, manage and guide junior BD team members.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B / Real Estate / Leasing.
Good English communication and client-handling skills.
Strong lead generation, follow-up and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-oriented and proactive.
Experience in F&B, Retail, Real Estate, Leasing or B2B Sales preferred.
Team management experience preferred for senior-level candidates.
