We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive with strong closing skills and a proven track record in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling ability, and the capability to drive revenue through proactive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads, follow-ups, and client inquiries.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.

• Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for smooth sales operations.

• Prepare daily reports, sales pipelines, and maintain CRM data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience (Residential/Commercial).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to handle clients independently.

• Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi property market (preferred).

• Own vehicle is an added advantage.
