About the job

As a business growth executive/manager, you will play a key role in generating leads, driving client communications, and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will also leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, track results, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct client calls, follow-ups, and relationship management.
2. Plan and execute Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
3. Drive lead generation and nurture prospects through digital channels.
4. Draft and manage business proposals, client pitches, and communications.
5. Support in designing and executing business growth strategies.
6. Leverage AI tools for marketing automation, campaign optimization, and reporting.
7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI.
8. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
