we are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth across India. Based out of our Kolkata office, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients for industrial water storage tanks.

This role demands an aggressive sales professional who loves being on the field. You might have to travel across India to build relationships with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) giants, top-tier industrial consultants, and specialized fire contractors. If you have a proven track record of selling heavy industrial equipment, fabrication services, or fluid storage solutions, we want you on our team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (preferred). An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a strong plus.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hardcore B2B sales/business development experience in industrial fabrication, heavy engineering, water treatment plants, or the fire fighting industry.

Industry Contact: Existing, strong relationships with EPC companies (like L&T, Tata Projects, etc.), MEP consultants, and fire contractors is highly desirable.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time at short notice across various industrial hubs in India.

Skills: Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Bengali or other regional languages is a benefit.
