Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Tuesday
Salary: ₹10–12 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to join Coming Keys. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
Experience with CRM tools and business reporting is preferred.
