Job description
Greetings from Chennai Fertility Centre,
Key responsibilities :
Visit and build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and specialists to encourage patient referrals.
Promote services, features, and benefits to potential referring doctors.
Meet monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral process for patients.
Organize and conduct marketing events, such as CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.
Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and referral data, and analyze trends to improve performance.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience in B2B sales or medical sales is often preferred.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
Ability to meet targets and work in a competitive sales environment.
Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
Work Location : Chennai - Aminjikarai, Pondicherry - Near Balaji Theatre
