We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of proven experience in reputed industries — preferably Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, and Stone Industry.

The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of project-based sales under the PMC model.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and professional networking.

• Identify and approach builders, architects, government departments, and corporate clients.

• Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and assist in deal closures.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.

• Prepare sales reports, target achievements, and weekly performance summaries.

• Coordinate with Project Management and Technical teams for client requirements.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).

• Promote services through social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.

• Work with the design team for brochures, catalogs, and promotional material.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to boost brand visibility.

• Conduct market research and report competitor trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing

• Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Hospitality, and Stone Industry.

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & basic digital marketing tools

• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented

• Willing to travel locally/Outside for client meetings and site visits
